3. Return Shipping:

   • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund:

   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 15 working days.
   • Please note that the refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges.

5. Exchanges:

   • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired item for exchange.
   • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
